We describe every product as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and sizing guidance. Photographs are illustrative: colour can vary between screens, and plush fabrics, natural chews and printed patterns vary slightly between batches. Dimensions are given in inches and are approximate. If a product is materially different from its description, our returns policy applies.
4. Sizing and suitability
Sizing charts are provided for apparel, beds and carriers. Choosing the correct size is your responsibility, and measurements should be taken from your pet rather than from the label of a garment that currently fits. Carriers are sized to airline dimension requirements but it remains your responsibility to confirm the specific requirements of your airline before travel.
5. Pet safety and supervision
Our products are designed for pets, not for children or for human use. Please follow these rules:
- Supervise chewing and play. No chew toy is indestructible. Inspect toys regularly and remove any item that is cracked, torn or small enough to swallow.
- Match chew firmness to your dog. Hard chews are unsuitable for dogs with weak or damaged teeth, and soft chews are unsuitable for strong chewers.
- Follow feeding guidance. Food and treat quantities are guidelines. Introduce new foods gradually and consult your veterinarian about any change in diet, particularly for pets with medical conditions, allergies or who are pregnant.
- Check beds and carriers for wear. Retire a bed once the cover or seams fail, and never use a carrier with a damaged latch or cracked shell.
Some products contain natural animal proteins, including beef, poultry and fish. If your pet has known allergies, read the ingredient list before ordering.
6. Pricing and currency
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless another currency is stated at checkout. Prices exclude taxes and shipping unless clearly shown otherwise. We may change prices and run promotions at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you complete checkout.
7. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation and dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was clearly misstated, if we suspect fraud, or if a shipping address cannot be verified. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.
8. Payment
Payment is collected at checkout through our third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers. If a payment cannot be authorised, the order will not be processed. Depending on your provider, your bank may place a temporary authorisation hold when you order.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, except where the goods arrive damaged in transit, in which case notify us within 48 hours.

11. Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your permission. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse or to disrupt the store.
12. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, apply to the subtotal before shipping and taxes, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed order.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, product photography, graphics, logos and page designs — is owned by MIRKale Pet Supplies Ltd. or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. MIRKale and the MIRKale logo are our trademarks.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape or bulk-download the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, submit false orders, or use the site in any way that damages it or interferes with other customers.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
